Our coffee beans are organically grown and Fairtrade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico. The sugar used in FAIR. Café Liqueur is also Fairtrade, coming from various coops in countries such as Belize and Paraguay.
