HOW TO ENTER:

1. Post a video (or photo; video preferred) to Instagram of yourself mixing a unique cocktail with FAIR. Vodka or Gin and FAIR. Kumquat or Café and one other sustainable ingredient (deadline May 26, 2019)

2. Tell us in your post why sustainability is important to you

3. Tag 2 friends in your post who care about sustainability

4. Tag @fairdrinks and use the hashtag #insustainabilitywetrust in your post so we can cheer you on

5. Your drink will be featured at your bar from June 1- 30, 2019. Share your post with your friends and ask them to like your photo and follow @fairdrinks. Likes, and most importantly, votes from our judges, will get you to the final competition in Manchester that takes place on July 3, 2019.

6. Finally, take and upload a high resolution photo of yourself with your final concoction to the link below.

Open to bartenders from: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Liverpool, England (contestants must Agree to feature cocktail on June menu if selected for the final and be available on July 3rd for the final in Manchester). 2 candidates from each of the 6 cities (12 total) will be selected and will travel to Manchester on July 3, 2019 for the final competition. Phase 2: Finalists
Two winners per city (12 total) will be announced on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 on Instagram.
Each winner will showcase their signature cocktail in their bar from June 1 – 30, 2019.
Direct customers to your Instagram page to gathers likes for your drink video (or photo). Number of likes will be a factor in the final winner selection.
Criteria for judging the qualification round:
Cocktail for competition: 40pts
FAIR. ethos and showing how your venue upholds sustainable values: 30pts
FAIR. promotion through in-house and social media marketing: 30pts
